Ce m\u00e9contentement, nous le comprenons &#8211; et surtout, il aurait pu \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, <em><strong>la direction avait accept\u00e9 de ren\u00e9gocier<\/strong><\/em>, \u00e0 la demande des organisations syndicales, un avenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement pour en am\u00e9liorer les conditions. L&rsquo;UNSA \u00e9tait pr\u00eate \u00e0 le signer, dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Mais cet avenant n&rsquo;a pas pu \u00eatre valid\u00e9. POURQUOI ?<\/em><\/strong> Parce que l&rsquo;accord initial avait \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par les trois organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives. En vertu de la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur, toute r\u00e9vision devait \u00eatre sign\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 des signataires &#8211; donc par les trois OS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, <strong><em>la CGT a refus\u00e9 de signer cette r\u00e9vision<\/em><\/strong>, bloquant de fait toute am\u00e9lioration possible pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et ce n&rsquo;est pas tout ! Il faut que chacun comprenne bien la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de cette man\u0153uvre :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La CGT a sign\u00e9 l&rsquo;accord initial de 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle a ensuite d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 ce m\u00eame accord.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et quand il s&rsquo;est agi d&rsquo;en am\u00e9liorer les termes, elle a refus\u00e9 de signer l&rsquo;avenant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>R\u00e9sultat :<\/em> retour \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord initial\u2026 moins favorable pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>C&rsquo;est un comportement incompr\u00e9hensible. Comment peut-on d\u00e9noncer un accord qu&rsquo;on a sign\u00e9, pour ensuite bloquer son am\u00e9lioration ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce qu&rsquo;il faut retenir, c&rsquo;est simple :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ce n&rsquo;est pas l&rsquo;UNSA qui emp\u00eache d&rsquo;avancer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si aujourd&rsquo;hui vous percevez une prime moins importante, c&rsquo;est parce qu&rsquo;une organisation a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 bloquer plut\u00f4t que construire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>La CGT s&rsquo;est comport\u00e9e comme le pyromane qui crie au feu.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>L&rsquo;UNSA, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, ne joue pas \u00e0 ces jeux-l\u00e0. Nous agissons pour le concret, pour des avanc\u00e9es sociales tangibles, et pour le respect de votre travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que nous revendiquons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une vraie revalorisation de l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des crit\u00e8res clairs, justes e t transparents<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le respect du pluralisme syndical: pas une voix unique impos\u00e9e \u00e0 tous<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le versement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement 2024, re\u00e7u en mai dernier, a l\u00e9gitimement suscit\u00e9 de nombreuses d\u00e9ceptions.
