L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle doit \u00eatre pleinement pris en compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019UNSA constate la baisse catastrophique de la prime d\u2019int\u00e9ressement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La course au taux d\u2019occupation et la pression sur les effectifs provoquent une cascade de d\u00e9missions et d\u2019arr\u00eat de travail d\u00e9gradant les 3 crit\u00e8res de calcul de la prime d\u2019int\u00e9ressement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accident du travail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absent\u00e9isme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taux de CDI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019UNSA exige une ren\u00e9gociation&nbsp;significative&nbsp;de cette prime qui n\u2019est plus adapt\u00e9e aux contraintes actuelles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le montant de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement est d\u00e9connect\u00e9\u00a0des efforts quotidiens fournis par les salari\u00e9s.
