La valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le calcul de la prime 13\u00e8me mois est votre coefficient au 1er d\u00e9cembre 2022. Notre conseil : bien contr\u00f4ler sa valeur sur le bulletin correspondant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour calculer le montant de votre prime dite de 13<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> mois :\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> si votre coefficient est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 243 : vous devez multiplier votre coefficient du 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 2022 par la valeur du point, qui est de 7,26 \u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si votre coefficient est entre 176 et 242, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d&rsquo;une revalorisation pour ne pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur au SMIC (<a href=\"https:\/\/unsa-sams.com\/?p=6161\">voir grille en ligne<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La prime est calcul\u00e9e au prorata du temps de travail.
