Nous attendons la date de versement mais redoutons d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 une prime tr\u00e8s tr\u00e9s basse. <strong>Nous appelons la Direction \u00e0 faire un geste.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prime de Partage et d\u2019Engagement :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019attente du montant de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, <strong>nous avons obtenu une Prime de Partage et d\u2019Engagement,<\/strong> vers\u00e9e vers le 18 juillet 2023. Son montant maximum est de 600\u20ac en fonction du salaire <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 500 \u20ac = Prime de 600 \u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salaire entre 2 500 \u20ac et 3 000 \u20ac = Prime de 500 \u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salaire entre 3 000 \u20ac et 4 000 \u20ac = Prime de 300 \u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salaire entre 4 000 \u20ac et 5 000 \u20ac = 150 \u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Heures suppl\u00e9mentaires :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Augmentation du contingent des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires passage du quota de 130 h \u00e0 280 heures d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accord \u00c9galit\u00e9 Professionnelle :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Signature d\u2019un ambitieux accord accord relatif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, entre autre le maintient int\u00e9gral du salaire en cas de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, paternit\u00e9, accueil de l\u2019enfant, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Astreintes :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux se poursuivent&nbsp;
