{"id":5681,"date":"2023-06-03T23:40:59","date_gmt":"2023-06-03T21:40:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unsa-sams.com\/?p=5681"},"modified":"2023-06-06T10:04:58","modified_gmt":"2023-06-06T08:04:58","slug":"nao-2023-nos-revendications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unsa-sams.com\/?p=5681","title":{"rendered":"ORPEA NAO juin 2023 &#8211; Nos revendications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mesures salariales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de 10% :<em>Compensation de l\u2019inflation des diff\u00e9rentes ann\u00e9es \u00e9coul\u00e9es par une revalorisation des salaires pour tous.<\/em> <em>Compensation de la mobilisation et de l\u2019engagement professionnel des salari\u00e9s ORPEA pendant ces 3 ann\u00e9es de crise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Mise en place du 13<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> mois :<em>Reconnaissance de la contribution et des efforts fournis par les salari\u00e9s.<\/em> <em>Motivation et fid\u00e9lisation des salari\u00e9s.<\/em> <em>Attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Prime progressive d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et entretien salarial triennal : <em>L\u2019UNSA constatant un taux de rotation du personnel \u00e9lev\u00e9, propose pour y faire face la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une prime d\u2019anciennet\u00e9.
