La prime correspondra \u00e0 un mois de salaire minimum du coefficient d&#8217;emploi du salari\u00e9 dans son montant fix\u00e9 au 1er d\u00e9cembre 2022).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Am\u00e9lioration du r\u00e9gime des frais de sant\u00e9 non-cadres: <\/strong>La direction s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 mettre en place une harmonisation des r\u00e9gimes de frais de sant\u00e9 des non-cadres et cadres au premier semestre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Avance des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale : <\/strong>a\/c du 01\/05\/23, avance des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et pr\u00e9voyance. <strong>Subrogation des montants <\/strong>auxquels les salari\u00e9\u2022e\u2022s ont droit pendant leur arr\u00eat de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Titre restaurant a\/c du 01\/05\/23 : <\/strong>D\u00e8s 3 mois d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, 7\u20ac par jour, au choix, en lieu et place de repas au service de restauration collective de son \u00e9tablissement (participation patronale de 55%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les prochains mois, ouverture de discussion sur diff\u00e9rents sujets;
