L3261-3-1),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\/ SUR LA QUALIT\u00c9 DE VIE AU TRAVAIL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>N\u00e9gociation d\u2019un accord d\u2019accompagnement de la mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique et professionnelle, aides au d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement et \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Fourniture de tickets restaurant \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Cr\u00e9ation au sein de la DRH centrale de postes en charge de la pr\u00e9vention \u00e0 l\u2019inaptitude pour faciliter les reclassements internes\/externes ainsi qu\u2019une assistante sociale pour aider les salari\u00e9s en difficult\u00e9 sociale,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Virement automatique des salaires pour tous CDI, CDD, vacataires,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-R\u00e9tablissement de la subrogation et paiement des jours de carence,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Am\u00e9lioration de la mutuelle non cadre,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Garantie d\u2019un versement rapide des indemnit\u00e9s maladie, accident du travail,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mise en place d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure fiable entre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale\/pr\u00e9voyance\/mutuelle,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Formation des directions et encadrants \u00e0 l\u2019application de l\u2019accord \u201c<em>Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail<\/em>\u201d sign\u00e9 par l\u2019UNSA-SAMS qui est encore trop m\u00e9connu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accord t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, application du versement de la prime \u00e0 date de la signature,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Aides aux m\u00e8res de famille pour la garde des enfants en bas \u00e2ge, plannings adapt\u00e9s, augmentation du nombre de jours m\u00e8res de famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
