Des r\u00e9formes sont indispensables, l\u2019UNSA souhaite y prendre toute sa part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos coll\u00e8gues ne se reconnaissent pas dans la caricature qui est donn\u00e9e de leur engagement et de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019UNSA, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019opposer sant\u00e9 priv\u00e9 et publique. La seule logique de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts dans le public ou le priv\u00e9 ne peut suffire.<br>L\u2019\u00c9tat doit donner enfin au secteur de la sant\u00e9 les moyens financiers et humains n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son action mais \u00e9galement renforcer les contr\u00f4les.
